This market predicts Microsoft's reported GAAP Earnings Per Share (EPS).
Microsoft reports earnings shortly after the quarter closes. Settlement allows extra time for any delay in reporting.
The market resolves to TRUE if the reported EPS is contained within the EPS range that contains Microsoft's officially reported GAAP EPS. e.g. If Microsoft reports an EPS of $0.57, the $0.52 - $0.66 range will settle to YES. All other ranges (that do not include $0.57) will settle to NO.
If Microsoft restates its reported EPS before the settlement time, the restated (final) value will be used.
