Continued Unemployment Claims
Continued claims, provided by the Department of Labor, represent the number of individuals who have already filed initial unemployment claims and are currently receiving benefits for ongoing unemployment up to 26 weeks following their initial application, as opposed to initial claims which represent new unemployment filings.
